Training:

If you need training on a program, jump over to the training area of our website.  From this area you can find training programs for our CMS or other 3rd party programs.

Needing Technical Services:

Technical problems like installing the program would fall under support.  Learning how to use a program falls under the training department.

 

We do provide documentation and video's on installing the system.  In a single user environment, 98% of the time it's just a matter of double clicking on the install file and saying "yes" or "okay" to the prompts to install it.  Very easy!

 

In a network environment we charge a small fee for each additional workstation installed (part of the additional user fee) and for the number of concurrent users you want using the system at the same time.  We can be very flexible in how the system is setup.

 

In time we will be offering an Internet Hosted System.  In this case there will be a monthly fee charged to cover the hosting fee.  This hosting fee is a necessary and normal fee every company charges to host a system on the Internet.

Support Costs:

We don't require or charge a monthly or annual support fee.  Therefore, we don't staff a 24/7 support team.  We absolutely want to make sure you're taken care of and that your needs associated our products and services are met.  That's why we have put in place and are putting in place different resources to help you.

 

If you need one-on-one support you pay by the incident.  And since we charge on a per minute basis it keeps costs down.  The hourly rate for support is $60 which is $1 per minute. 

 

If this is a training need and we're also using GoToMeeting to demo how to do something, you can have the session recorded for an additional 40 cents per minute.  You can read about this at Training Overview page.

Upgrades and Enhancements:

We also put upgrades and enhancements under the support department.  Many upgrades will be at no cost.  We'll send an email out to notify you of an upgrade, what's included in the upgrade and a link to download it to install it.

 

New enhancements could be chargeable.  So could new add-on modules.  Whether new enhancements and new add-on's are chargeable or not is at our discretion based upon the enhancement.
