The first few weeks are an important time period. We provide all new users of the Members Premier Version with a 30 minute product overview training.  Why this version?

 

The Members Premier Version brings to the table a lot of features and therefore has a lot of icons on each of the windows.  This is a product overview to get you acquainted with the product. 

 

eLearning - Phone Training Combined With eTraining:

There are some that simply need one on one training.  To do this, we use a program called GoToMeeting.  This gives us the ability to show our screen to you or to see your screen which allows us to more effectively work with you.  This along with talking to you on the phone is almost as good as standing behind you looking over your shoulder.  It's a great training model.

 

When we do this kind of training, we also record it and then mail it to you on a CD.  So often people forget what they are taught and end up having to repurchase the same training again down the road, or purchase the same training for someone else such as a new employee (or volunteer). 

 

By recording it, if you forget a step you can just pop the CD in and watch the video.  If you hire a new person, hand them the training CD. 

 

We understand the importance of training.  We also understand and have watched many businesses take advantage of people by selling them the same exact training over and over again.  This just doesn't make sense to us.  Sure, the business make more money but this isn't good for you and our focus is on serving you to the best of our ability at the least amount of cost to you.

 

Just please, don't cut yourself short by not getting training or purchase a system where the rep said the system is so easy you don't need training because that's not true either.  That fact is, unless you're the programmer you're not going to know everything.  Remember that as you're reviewing systems, especially when we get into the marketing training which is a whole new topic and can be intimidating to the new marketer.
