training courses necessary to get you up and
running on the system in the least amount of
time and cost.

Advanced Training - When it comes to
automation systems, there's always "advanced"
training courses. This could include
advanced "database" uses, desktop publishing
with MS Word, linking advanced documents with
the CMS, and numerous other courses.

Growth Training using a CMS - Here we'll
teach you how to work with visitors to do everything you can
to turn them into members, and much more.

course to complement our Growth Training using
our CMS.
Training Models
We offer a
number of cost effective training models to train you ...
eLearning courses can be done one-to-one or in a
group format where we'd invite numerous clients
to participate in an eLearning course.
Group eLearning is on a 1st come basis. We
can train up to 15 people at the same time.

Multi-Media - This is where we'll create
video training courses that cover a specific
topic. These could be sent on a CD/DVD or
hosted on our Internet.

Documentation - We also offer written
documentation to help learn the program.

Onsite Training - This is available only for
churches in the local area, unless a church is
willing to cover all travel expenses which
include the flight, a motel and a rental car
along with the daily training charge.

With our
eLearning training, we also offer the option to record the
training course to a multi-media format. We offer this
because, as trainers, we know how much information we'll be
teaching and we know how a person learns and retains
information. The fact is, you'll only retain the core
information you need at that moment and will forget up to
80% of what was taught to you. This is why it's so
common for a business to purchase the exact same training
numerous times.
By recording the
eLearning session you have a video backup of the training
course. This offers a refresher course any time you
need it along with giving you the ability to replay the
training to make sure you learned everything you could from
that course.
This also gives you the ability to share the training with
others in your church. This is an outstanding way to
maximize your training dollars by building a training
library to share with others. This will also help new
users get up to speed on the system much faster!
Since we started
offering this strategy for the eLearning courses, our
one-on-one trainings have grown exponentially because
churches recognize the tremendous value of having the
session recorded for future use and to reduce their long
term training costs. As far as we know, we're the only
vendor doing this. I do know we were the first to
offer this training approach in this industry and the other
industries we work in.
