By using this website, Ezra, our forms, resources or future membership services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who operates this site

Kingdom Intelligence Institute is operated by Mediahubink. Automated Church is the flagship implementation track of Kingdom Intelligence Institute. Ezra by Kingdom Intelligence is an AI guidance assistant.

2. Purpose of the website

This website provides educational, strategic and practical guidance about responsible AI use, governance, policy, safeguarding awareness and operational systems for churches, Christian organisations, charities and faith-led businesses.

3. Ezra is general guidance only

Ezra is an AI assistant. Ezra does not provide legal, safeguarding, counselling, pastoral, medical, financial, doctrinal or emergency advice. Ezra is not a replacement for pastors, trustees, safeguarding officers, lawyers, counsellors, medical professionals or qualified human leaders.

You must verify important information before relying on it. You remain responsible for decisions made in your church, organisation or ministry.

4. No safeguarding or emergency use

Do not use Ezra for live safeguarding cases, emergency situations, pastoral counselling, abuse disclosures, child protection matters or urgent risk situations. Contact your safeguarding lead, relevant authorities or emergency services where appropriate.

5. User responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Submit confidential or sensitive personal information into Ezra
• Use Ezra to bypass safeguarding, legal or professional processes
• Use the site to create harmful, abusive, misleading or deceptive content
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the website or Ezra
• Copy, resell or redistribute paid templates, resources or membership material without permission
• Use our content or tools for unlawful purposes

6. Intellectual property

All website content, copy, frameworks, templates, resources, logos, names, visual assets and training material belong to Kingdom Intelligence Institute, Mediahubink or their licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use free resources for your own church or organisation. You may not resell, repackage or commercially redistribute them without written permission.

7. Future membership services

Foundation, Builder and Council Advisory membership tiers may be introduced or changed over time. Pricing, features and access may change before or after launch. Any paid membership will be subject to additional membership terms where needed.

8. Waitlist and booking links

Waitlist and booking links may use third-party services such as Tally and Calendly. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful, accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or consequences arising from reliance on website content, Ezra responses, resources or templates without appropriate human review and professional advice.
